Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga is currently the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: OGC). She has held this position since April 2022 and was re-elected for the 2024–2029 term.

Under Ms. Nga’s leadership, Ocean Group has undergone a significant restructuring process, including changes in senior management and a strategic focus on two key pillars: utilizing existing land resources and developing real estate projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. She has also served as the company’s legal representative since December 2024.

During her tenure, Ocean Group has recorded notable financial improvements. In the first nine months of 2023, the company posted net revenue of VND 850.4 billion and after-tax profit of VND 176.8 billion, a 2.5-fold increase compared to the same period of the previous year.
